Introduction to Galvalume, Clear Anti-Fingerprint & Colored Anti-Fingerprint

1. Galvalume (AZ)

Galvalume steel is hot-dip coated with 55%Al, 43.4%Zn, 1.6%Si alloy at about 600℃.

Advantages:

• Excellent corrosion resistance

• Uniform spangle, good heat resistance and formability

• Service life 2–4 times longer than galvanized steel

2. Clear Anti-Fingerprint (Clear AFP)

Transparent thin coating on steel surface.

Functions:

• Anti-fingerprint, anti-oil, clean appearance

• Keeps original metal color and luster

• Improves corrosion resistance and workability

3. Colored Anti-Fingerprint (Colored AFP)

Colored coating on steel surface.

Functions:

• Has all benefits of clear AFP

• Provides uniform decorative color

• Better appearance, lower cost than color coated steel
