Embossed Color Coated Steel Coil

Embossed color coated steel coil is a high-end decorative color steel product processed by printing / embossing on the basis of standard color coated steel coils. It inherits all the excellent properties of PPGI (pre-painted galvanized steel coil) and PPGL (pre-painted galvalume steel coil), with rich patterns on the surface such as wood grain, stone grain, etc., featuring higher aesthetics and stronger decorative effect.

1. Production Process

1. Base Material Selection

Adopt high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (PPGI) or galvalume alloy steel sheet (PPGL) as the base metal to ensure strength and corrosion resistance.

2. Surface Pre-treatment

Undergo chemical treatments such as degreasing, phosphating and passivation to enhance coating adhesion and prevent peeling.

3. Printing / Embossing Forming

Print or press three-dimensional patterns on the surface of color coated steel through professional molds and printing equipment, such as wood grain, stone grain, diamond pattern, geometric patterns, etc.

4. Coating Curing

Apply primer, top coat and back coat by roll coating, then cure at high temperature to ensure clear patterns, stable color and long service life.

5. Final Coiling

Wind into finished coils after passing quality inspection.
