Color coated steel coils mainly include PPGI and PPGL.
PPGI (Pre-painted Galvanized Steel Coil)
is made by taking hot-dip galvanized steel sheet as the base metal, after surface pre-treatments such as degreasing, phosphating and passivation, then continuously coated with primer and top coat by roll coating, followed by high-temperature baking, curing, cooling and recoiling.
PPGL (Pre-painted Galvalume Steel Coil)
is made by taking Galvalume steel sheet (aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel) as the base metal, with the same surface pre-treatment, roll coating, high-temperature baking, curing, cooling and recoiling process, providing better corrosion resistance and longer service life.
Both combine excellent strength, formability of steel with outstanding corrosion resistance, weather resistance and decoration of organic coatings, widely used in building roofs, walls, steel structure enclosures, home appliance shells and other fields.
